Client Enquiry
Client contacts CAAPS via phone, email, WhatsApp, or walk-in to discuss project requirements.
Plan Submission
Client submits building plans for designs and drawings. Where no plans are available, a trained Estimator conducts a physical site assessment to capture accurate measurements.
Design & Specifications
Design drawings and product specifications are confirmed and documented.
Quotation Preparation
A detailed quotation is prepared, including pricing, quantities, VAT, and timelines.
Quotation Submission
The official quotation is issued with terms, conditions, and banking details within 48 hours.
Client Enquiry
The client reviews the quotation and any changes are incorporated into a new revised quotation. Upon acceptance client pays a deposit of 80%.
Final Measurement
Final measurement are done on site including final drawings which the client signs.
Fabrication & Project Delivery
Standard project completion is 2 weeks from the date of final signing of drawings. This timeline may be shorter or longer depending on the scope and complexity of the project. All project milestones are communicated to the client.
